Air University Library Course Support
International Security 2 (IS2)
Academic Year 2021
This course explores the conduct of national security through the lens of military strategy and highlights the challenges of integrating military means to political ends and innovating strategy to account for changing circumstances. Specifically, it examines factors that complicate the formulation, execution, assessment, and innovation / adaptation of military strategy. It applies these concepts to strategies employed across the Geographic Combatant Commands (GCCs), asking students to refine skills for advising senior leaders on meeting future security threats.
The following items that have call numbers are on the ACSC International Security 2 (IS2) Reserve Shelf at AUL and must be used in the library. Those without call numbers are available electronically.
