Interlibrary Loan Login
If you need an item that Air University Library does not have in its collection, AU Library can still get you a copy! When you submit an ILL request, we reach out to our lending partners to see who has a copy up for grabs.
Current AU students, faculty, and staff, including most military and civilian personnel assigned to the Maxwell/Gunter complex are eligible for ILL services. See our FAQ for complete details on eligibility.
Books, documents, magazine and journal articles, ebook chapters, microfilm, and more are available for request!
AU Library will process your request within three days. Following this, receipt time relies on the speed of our lending partners which can take 5-10 additional business days for print items and 3-7 days for electronic items. You will be notified when print items can be picked up at the Circulation Desk. Electronic items are emailed directly to you.
Electronically delivered items are accessible for 30 days from delivery, with up to 5 views per item permitted. Print items usually have 3 to 4 week loan periods.
There are no charges for InterLibrary Loan services. Any fees associated with ILL services are paid by Air University Library.
