Negotiation specialist, Deborah Goodwin states,  β€œIn comparison with negotiation that is carried out in other contexts, it appears that a military negotiator may have a number of imperatives and demands made upon him or her that do not exist, at least to the same extent, in other negotiating situations.”*  This guide includes recent articles and books about the issues military negotiators may encounter.

This research guide is not a comprehensive listing of sources, but is intended to be a starting point from which students can begin their research according to their specific needs.
