This LibGuide includes library resources about Agile Learning. Some literature on Agile Learning discusses "Learning Agility" including the characteristics of "Agile Learners" who engage in "Agile Thinking."

Other resources talk about Agile Learning as a method of planning instruction. "Agile Instructional Design"  is an approach that applies agile design methodologies to the learning process in a project-oriented and/or reflective classroom. Agile design is commonly used in project management and software development, emphasizing flexibility, iteration and collaboration, with a focus on outcomes.

Agile Learning recognizes the value of hands-on, real-world field experiences, and promotes problem-based and simulation-based learning to allow learners to practice skills. This approach is useful in ever-changing and complex environments, typical of military operations, where rapid skill acquisition and adaptability are crucial.

This research guide is not a comprehensive listing of sources but is intended to be a starting point from which students can begin their research according to their specific needs.

Access to AUL subscription databases is limited to current Air University faculty and students.
