Biography: Jared Morgan McKinney holds a PhD from Singapore's Nanyang Technological University (S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies). In addition, he has master's degrees from Peking University, the London School of Economics, and Missouri State University. He has published academic articles in a variety of journals including: The Journal of Strategic Studies, Third World Quarterly, Comparative Strategy, and the Journal of Indo-Pacific Affairs. He is currently the book review editor at the Journal of Indo-Pacific Affairs.
