Hoopla:

To create a Hoopla account:

1. You must start on a CAC-enabled computer and on My.AF.MIL
2. Log on to My.af.mil (on CAC-enabled computer)
3. Click on the “Library & Resources” Tab
4. Then Online Resources

5. Select Hoopla
6. A new window will open and you will be prompted to create your account.

7. Enter your email address (you can use any email address) and enter a password.
8. You have created your account and can now log in on any device.
