Air University Library: Executive Spaces Policy

The MSFRIC Auditorium and the Director's Conference Room require approval for booking.  Your booking will be tentative until you receive confirmation from a library staff member regarding your booking.

Executive spaces in Air University Library are intended for use by groups associated with Air University.  Priority use for the rooms will be given to individuals associated with Air University.  Bookings will be confirmed at the discretion of Air University Library staff and administration.

To submit a booking request, please complete the booking form.  Your email address and personal information will not be publicly visible. Past room reservation information is kept for statistical purposes.

1. Executive spaces may be reserved only for hours the library is open.
2. Rooms can be reserved up to one 4-hour block per day and can be booked no more than 90 days in advance.
3. If individuals within the group or the group as a whole are engaging in unacceptable and/or disruptive behavior, the group will be asked to leave.
4. The Library is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal property. If you leave the room unattended, you risk the loss of your possessions. Lost and Found items are deposited at the Reference Desk in each Library.
5. Please show consideration by straightening the room and clearing all trash when vacating.
